CX Sprinkles is the brainchild of CX Specialist, myself, Nina Hoeberichts.

I have been working with B2B SaaS companies for more than 9 years and together with my team, have successfully implemented many CX projects, processes and strategies.

In 2021, together with my client Sherpany, we won the Best Customer VOC program award at the Customer Centricity World Series.

I’ve also been named anAwesome Woman to follow in CX in 2025 by the Women in CX community.


With my UX background, I’m also experienced in design thinking methodologies and user-centric approaches, such as Design Sprints and UX research techniques.
